Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase from Atthis. If you are not fully satisfied with your online order, please read the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

This policy applies to purchases made through our online store at atthis.gr.

1. Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases

For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person appointed by you, receive the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising this right.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@atthis.gr within the 14-day period, including your order number and the item you wish to return.

2. Our Extended Return Period

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, Atthis offers a return period of 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item meets the return conditions below.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange, unless the item is defective or your legal rights apply.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition in which you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with all accompanying items, certificates, tags, boxes, pouches, or documents
  • Accompanied by a receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or improper care may not be accepted for return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or designer.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Resized or altered pieces
  • Special orders made specifically for the customer
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or used
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings may be subject to stricter return conditions if they have been worn or removed from their protective packaging.

5. Sale Items

Sale items purchased online are covered by your legal right of withdrawal where applicable.

However, any additional return period offered by Atthis beyond the legal 14-day withdrawal period may apply only to regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated.

6. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@atthis.gr with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for return, if you wish to provide one
  • Clear photographs, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We will reply with instructions on how and where to send your return.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

For valuable jewelry, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and suitable insurance. Atthis is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

8. Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to this policy.

If the item does not meet the return conditions, we may refuse the return and send the item back to you.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item or from the date you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier, where applicable.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may need additional time to show the refund in your account.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment account again.

Then contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary.

11. Exchanges

We replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or if an exchange has been approved by us.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@atthis.gr before sending it back. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item, store credit, or a refund, depending on the case.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@atthis.gr.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.

13. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we may issue gift credit once the returned item is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
